Have people received confirmation of their interview date from Loyola after emailing the chief resident? I responded to the e-mail right away (over a week ago) but haven't gotten a confirmation yet and am getting nervous since the email they sent out this week made it sound like they already had interviews booked for certain dates. Thanks

I received an invite on 10/24, responded to the e-mail about 30 minutes after receiving it, and received confirmation about 1 hour after sending my reply.

I would e-mail the chief resident again to check up on your status, if I were you.

This thread is actually affirming my suspicion when I received the invitation: having a chief resident be in charge of scheduling applicant interviews on top of all her other responsibilities is A LOT to ask. I'm not saying she can't handle it, but I am saying that I certainly wouldn't want to be chief resident there... something to consider.

I was chief resident there. It's not a lot of work... Call the program directors secretary and ask them what's going on.

Having a similar problem with Hopkins- I replied to my interview invite right away, they said they would confirm by Nov 7 and still nothing. I emailed a second time, left a voicemail and have called numerous times. anyone else having this issue or have any suggestions?
