I am currently applying to the medical school for fall 2006 and my file is pretty much on hold and I haven't heard anything...I was interested in their special masters program and wanted to apply for fall 2006 but i was just curious if I have to withdraw my medical school application before applying to the masters program. If anyone knows any information that would really help me out!

no, i dont think you have to w/draw your medschool app to do this. post-bac apps have nothing to do with medschool apps.

Nope, you don't have to withdraw. I completed their program last year and loved it. Actually, there were a couple people who withdrew the first week of class after learning of a late acceptance and still got a refund on their tuition. PM if you have any specific questions about the program.
