Does anyone or has anyone used LSAT verbal materials to study for the MCAT verbal? I studied for 3 months already and took the exam in September. I am retaking in January and need to raise my verbal score. Right now I am averaging between 6-8 on practices, but scoring 11-12 on sciences, so verbal is holding me down!

I have the TPRH and EK101 books, but I wanted to use another material BEFORE jumping into these to boost reading comprehension. Anyone know of any LSAT books that have good passages?

I would use a book that at least tries to resemble an MCAT-style verbal passage. I don't know about LSAT, but my guess that it's specialized to LSAT-only type of question stems and passage inference. I know there is some bashing about TBR Verbal, but I would rather use that since the general basis of the book is to prep for an MCAT verbal section, something that the LSAT verbal wasn't made for.

Sure, use passages for practice reading speed and comprehension, but the questions are not worth your time.
