From speaking with admissions before when I was interested in attending, you can do residency elsewhere but have to come back for 5 yrs.OU, this isn't even close. Even with living there 5 years post graduation. You're not required to do residency there right? Does anyone know?
I've been accepted to both and haven't committed yet to either.
I like both options for different reason.
What would do you guys between Liberty or Ohio University?
LUCOM had a massive attrition rate for the first year class. This is unacceptable in a new school.
What was the percentage?
Don't remember offhand .. 11 students had to repeat OMSI plus one lost to suicide, I was told.

I'm from the OU area and my father is a professor there, so I am somewhat biased. But Athens is gorgeous and Ohio really isn't that bad (as much as some people want to say it is). Columbus is an awesome city, would not be a bad place to spend 5 years. Plenty of things to do there during down time. Plus it's not LMU.
LMU =/= LU.
I feel bad for that school getting associated with LU.
100% Ohio. Even if you had to stay there 10 years.
