You can go ahead and lump all the hours together as so and describe the break up in the description.

Also, I think it’s a good idea anyways to lump all your awards under one thing and hobbies into another, unless you feel they really need their own section.

Do not feel the need to fill all 15 slots.

I did something similar. I did a lot of short term volunteer events through the honors program at my undergrad and didn't really do one long term thing, so I lumped all of those together on one entry for volunteering
