Thoughts? Sorry guys... Uploaded the image from my phone (where I took the shot). Just checked the image on a computer and noticed how unhelpful it is. Taken it off as I don't want to waste your time.

Well, I would consider an inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor in the differential. Throw an ALK-1 on it. Doesn't hurt to look for melanoma either.

Well I'm pretty sure it's either cancer or not cancer.

Can't tell anything on that pic.
