will a virus that reproduces via lysogenic cycle will always eventually enter lytic cycle and kill the host?

NO. A virus that reproduces via a lysogenic cycle CAN enter the lytic cycle (host killed) under certain favorable conditions but this will not always happen. The bacteriophages that can do this are called Temperate phages.

On the other hand, Virulent phages are the phages that can only reproduce via the lytic cycle.
