If you are looking for a position in the US the best advice I can give you is to learn fluent English.
After that, it will not be difficult to get a post-doc. You will get on-the-job training, basically, so no extra degrees are needed.

It really depends on how much "very little" lab experience actually is. If you have none, then it might be wise to try for a job as a technician with the goal of then moving on to a postdoctoral fellowship. A masters program could also help get your foot in the door. Or if you have some skills already and show you are a quick learner and very enthusiastic about a particular line of research that is exciting to the PI you are interested in, he/she may be willing to consider you for a postdoc position. Whatever you do should really depend on your ultimate goals.

Hope this helps.

gbwillner and Vader i am really very much thankful for your comments, you mentioned about getting a position of Lab technician, what about the research associate positions, what will be best the research associate or technician one.

I was not advocating a tenchician job but a post-doc. It actually pays about the same or worse, but it's the beginning for you. You need to learn techniques and the scientific method. You will have a PI that mentors you. You will be cheap labor and more highly prized than a starting graduate student, so it won't be too hard to get a position somewhere.

Thanks gbwillner. Its really very nice of you.I do hope i will get something as a starter.
