anyone know if these two states require "strict" green book (aka ACGME) - approved clinical rotations for 3rd year if completed in the US? i'd also like to know a list of states that people have discovered to be particularily demanding as far as meeting strict requirements with respect to ACGME-approved rotations (i.e. Texas, Virginia...)

thanks,

I cannot comment on MA and CT but can state that PA is pretty strict in its requirements. Please do all of your rotations at ACGME training sites and preferably allopathic if applying for an allopathic residency.
