So I already submitted my app, and realized I made a big mistake. On my "Explain your institutional action" section...toward the end, I wrote "...and I was able to achieve a 3.95 GPA for my last xx credit hours). However, I did the calculations again for the hell of it and realized it was actually 3.92...

I quickly changed this detail on all my other apps (AMCAS, SMP's, etc.) but forgot to do so on my AACOMAS because I thought I already changed it. I contacted AACOMAS and they told me that there is no way they could let me change my app after submission.

Any advice on what I should do?

If I were in your position, I would forgive myself for making the mistake, get over the anxiety, and prepare when it comes up in an interview.

If you had institutional action, they will probably ask about it and you can lightly mention the miscalculation in your explanation.

I might send an email to the applied schools introducing yourself and mentioning the miscalculation.

Otherwise, you can't do much about the application at this point. You even called AACOMAS and they said they couldn't help.

Don't sweat the small stuff 0.03 isn't a big enough for them to trip. Fat fingering keys happen all the time.

I thought about doing this, but there's something about emailing all the schools I applied to saying that "Btw, on that institutional action part of my app I messed up on my GPA calulation" that seems odd to me.

Yeah, there is no point. But I am pretty sure if you get interview, you will spend some time talking about your grades.
