I am leaving my Masters program and currently on F1. I don't want to go back. Are there any online courses/university programs that can issue me I-20 for 4-5 motnhs? I ain't elgible for Kaplan STEP 3

I only know about Kaplan for grad students.

Hmm. Have you considered checking out a cheap community college or state uni and taking 12 hours of classes (online or what have you)? One semester should do it.
