Major Career change (post bacc for non-science backgrounds)

Hi everyone, I am considering a huge career change and would love to have some advice.
I have earned my bachelors in IR but is now looking to go to dental school. I do not have any science requirements fulfilled since I only took 3 science classes during my undergraduate years. Having this said, are there any post baccalaureate programs around the US tailored for students coming from a non-science backgrounds? I am in California but I am willing to move anywhere to get my prerequisites done!
