Suggestion Make Community Discussion sub-forum hidden or write-able only to current members

Problem: I'm seeing from time to time new threads in this forum from users with 1 post who ask pre-professional questions, even though the description is:

For member suggestions and feedback and discussion of forum operations.

Suggestions:

• Place a post minimum so that only members with ___ posts can post here. This would prevent new members with 0 posts who don't read or think from posting here.
• Rename the subforum to "Forum Operations" or "Member Feedback and Forum Operations"? Or something that better describes its purpose.

I'm noticing this quite a bit with people making their very first post (or less than a dozen or so posts) in this subforum.
