Malig melanoma is the worst skin cancer, i know pancreatic cancer has poor prognosis too bt how do u choose?? both are quite poor in prognosis
is answer just statistical to mug up??

u have to choose pancreatic cancer always when asked about the worst prognosis becoz of the proteolytic enzymes secreted by the pancreas which destroy its own structure
