Talk to your staff. Either ask them directly, or ask them for the names of their insurance carriers, and then call them directly. Make sure you ask about both "occurance" AND "claims made" policies (the difference is the cost of the tail), and don't just listen to the cost of the first year, since they almost always give you a 50% break as a new doc
