Share my 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath ranch with me. Walk or bike to school from Kimball Ave (~1.3 miles). Nice established neighborhood.

First year vet student seeking two female roommates. I'm 30, quiet, clean & responsible, non-smoker, easy going.

$375/room + 1/3 utilities. One year lease to start. Move-in around August 1, sooner is negotiable. I'd consider just one roommate (we could use the third bedroom as an office), but rent would be roughly double.

Comfortable, clean house. Central air and large fenced yard with a small patio and gated garden area.

Pet friendly within reason - let me know what you have. I have two male cats (usually friendly with other animals), and a Goffins Cockatoo who thinks he's their king.

Does anyone have to vacate their rental property in Manhattan at the end of this semester? If so, we may be interested in taking over your lease.

We are non-traditional (read: older) students. We're looking for a house with a fenced yard and at least two bedrooms. We're willing to pay up to $1100 a month.
