Hey, trying to find someone to sublet my room in a 3BR for the month of July(from July 1st to July 31st). You would have a fully furnished 1BR in the East Village(really fun part of the city when you're not in the hospital). Includes all utilities, AC, fios internet/cable, cleaning lady comes once a week(included in rent), laundry on premises.
You'll be living with 2 professional male roommates who work normal business hours. They are fine with either female or male roommates.
Apt is located on 14th St and Avenue B. Very close to Beth Israel, NY Eye and Ear, NYU, Bellvue with an easy commute to NYMC St Vincents and Cornell Presbyterian and Mount Sinai.
