manual dexterity question

I think you can just list them. I'm not really sure it makes a difference. As far as writing golf or badminton... it's a stretch but I would include it. It is more hand eye coordination so if you are going to add that into the section, try to find other things on a much smaller scale, such as painting, models, playing an instrument...that is truly manual dexterity. So if you are going to put golf, make sure to have some of those little intricate activities too... They would better relate to dentistry and working with confined areas.
I wouldn't mention the Kaplan course. That doesn't really matter.
Couldn't agree more... neither golf nor badminton requires manual dexterity... hand-eye coordination yes... manual dexterity... no.
I think adcoms would see right through it. I play/have played both and I can't see how any part of either game requires manual dexterity.
list whatever activities you do with your hands, whether it be playing badminton or golf, basketball, cooking, table tennis. it just shows you use your hands to do something. really, it is a small matter that will come into play in your being admitted...geez you guys are paranoid.
