I know that a lot of people do things like play an instrument, or take art classes for manual dexterity. Since on the Canadian DAT they have a soap carving portion, do you think soap carving would be a good example for my manual dexterity even if I'm from the U.S.? I don't play an instrument and I'm not in art. I thought I might just take a shot at the soap carving though 😕

have you done any research? if you have you can add pippetting to your list of manual dexterity items, also loading up gel electrophoresis. anything with carving is also good. are you planning to take the canadian dat, if not u dont need any manual dexterity to learn how to drill or waxup, your going to get hundreds of hours of practice thats why they call it dental school.
