I will have 2 rooms available for the upcoming school year for 2025-2026 1 year leases starting July 15 2025- July 15 2026
This housing is set up for medical professional students.

Room 5 Downstairs converted room in garage (not available) room dimensions are 173"x182" (biggest of the rooms) l
Equal spilt of all utilities.. Water, electric, gas, internet, garbage, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies and other shared household items.

Unfortunately I Can't Accommodate Other Animals, A Couple Sharing One Room Or Smokers. Touro And Cal Maritime Students Preferred. No overnight guest
New tiled shower added to bathroom downstairs for downstairs roomies.
Remodeled upstairs shower to all tiled shower.
Water pressure bidet in all bathrooms.
Tankless water heater to have on demand hot water at all times no matter how many people have taken a shower or are washing clothes.
Gazebo in the backyard for shade or even to sit outside when raining.
Outdoor bbq gas grill on demand hooked up to natural gas line can be used at anytime. No propane tanks or refilling needed.
I also have spring water delivered for drinking water also.

Must be responsible,non smoking, respectable and clean person (meaning very clean). Housemates have a weekly cleaning duty they must fulfill. This is so everyone in the house takes a share in having a clean and organized house. I take great pride in my house.
I work rotating shifts so half the month I work nights the other half days. When I work days I wake up at 2:30 am. So roommates would have to be aware of quiet times at night by 8pm
Deposit is equal to a months rent. Also a background and credit check will be made on application and paid by you. I have been renting to students for 12 years so have a pretty good system set up for the house. Have references from prior tenants.
You must be able to get along with my German Shepherd. If you are allergic or afraid of dogs my house isn't for you. He isn't friendly to strangers and good to have a piece of mind that he is there protecting you and the house. Once he knows you he is a great loyal dog. My house is very close to Touro University maybe a 5 minute walk and 1 minute drive. Very little to no crime on Mare Island compared to Vallejo in general. Street side parking, more then enough parking unlike many of the houses were both sides of the street that have limited parking.
