Anybody else here get this letter "in anticipation for things to come"? Oh my gosh I can't wait to here back if it is "good news." Marquette had an awesome facility so I'd love to go there. What say you?

"As we move into mid-November, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for participating in the non-resident interview process we conducted during the very busy month of October.

This time of year always reminds me of how blessed we are at Marquette to have the opportunity to meet so many extraordinary candidates from all over the United States who are interested in exploring the possibility of joining us for their dental school training. This time of year also makes me wish we had more than eighty spaces to fill!

I sincerely hope that you enjoyed your interview experience with us. In addition, I hope that you will give our program serious consideration in the event that we send good news your way in early December. The Committee has some very difficult decisions to make over the next several weeks. We have a clear understanding of the fact that we are only as good as the students who choose to join us. Thanks again for your interest in the Marquette University School of Dentistry. Best of luck to you as the process unfolds over the next few weeks."

I got one yesterday, too. I'm with you, I hope to get an acceptance from Marquette. The school is awesome!

I got one too.. Kind of an informal interview, but, a very nice school! I love the city...

i got one too!!

Does anyone know if Marquette will be interviewing more applicants or are they pretty much done?

I think they're doing in-staters this week and next.

I overheard brian trecek telling other predents when I interviewed there that they were cutting their number of interviews down this year from like 400-500 in years past to just around 240-ish this year. I can't imagine that they'll be interviewing many more people in the time to come but who knows?

As I understand it, Marquette is done with out-of-state applicants and is finishing up with the Wisconsin in-state students by the end of next week.
