They told me the earliest date for giving out acceptances is Dec 1st.

It basically means you are rejectEd... They only send out one round of interviews, and if you don't have one yet, it is very doubtful. Oos interviews end this week, and instate start nextvfriday with only 4 days. There still might be a chance... But a very small one, sorry!

I wish Marquette hadn't lost my check, to which they said to send them a 2nd check.Then they deposit the check that was supposedly lost and then a week later deposit my 2nd check.....maybe if that month long ordeal hadn't happened my application could have been complete in time to possibly get one of those OOS interviews.. 🙁

I don't think they interview that many people, if any, after November. But I could be wrong.

And they accept 40 OOS and 40 in state, but this year there are about only 27 OOS spots because of the some combined degree students and.

What combined degree? I did not hear anything about them having less OOS spots. They do reserve ~14 spots for their pre-dent scholars but usually half are in state and half are out of state.

I'm not sure, but when I interviewed, they had the statistics on a white board. There are 40 OOS seats and 40 in-state, but there are seats already reserved for two groups of students. I'm not sure what the other group was.

So there were about 27-33 seats left for OOS and in-state. Pretty sure it was 27 for OSS, but I could be wrong.
