Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Personality Disorders

This is just speculative but if you were to look at personality disorders from a humanistic pov, in particular, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, how would they compare? Would some have greater need for safety as opposed to love or self-esteem, for instance? I was unable to find any good source on it but it got me thinking.
 
The schizoid hierarchy may simply do away with the love/belonging layer of the hierarchy. Narcissists may have esteem(respect of others, achievement), lower on the hierarchy than love/belonging.
