Hello. I hope you're all okay out there.
I'm 23 years old graduating this year and I'd like to take your opinion on the mpharm degree. I want to purse a PharmD in the next 2 years but before that I found an interesting degree.. It's the MPharm in university of toronto. Now unfortunately i couldn't pick the clinical path degree my college offers 1. bsc. In general pharmacy and 2. bsc. In clinical pharmacy and couldn't transfer from general to clinical in the second year so I'm looking for degrees that help build me as a clinical pharmacist such as pharmd and i think the mpharm would help in that too
I'd like to know your thoughts on MPharm for a clinical pharmacist. What made me think of it is that they get you through 8 months of clinical practicum so I thought it would be useful for someone who's interested in a hospital setting rather than research career.
I hope you could help me with that. You know it's expensive so I don't want to be paying a lot of $ [around 55k for international students] for something that won't improve my career.
this is some info for the degree from uot official page
