applying 2 operative master , i was trying 2 apply for orthdontist but the requirements are toooooo much , so i pass the deadline

i think the operative is not recognized as a speciality ,specially if ou want to work after that in states?

am not gonna work in state , i just came to do the master . does any one know if state university can give what is called conditional acceptance . if any one here from arabic countries and doing masters please contact me .
