Masters Programs for Career Changers

Most the SMP and MS degree programs I notice are for individuals trying to strengthen their already science based records. Are there any SMP or MS programs for career changers/ non science background students who are trying to enter med school?

Not likely, because the med school science prereqs are undergraduate courses, and "lower level" courses to boot. You might find a postbac program that offers a certificate of completion. In some cases it makes sense to finish a second bachelors' degree. But the prereqs are not graduate level study.

Maybe you can elaborate on your situation and help us understand why you're thinking about grad work as med school prep.
