Match Error Message help

i'm trying to rank #1652999P0 UPMCME TY Residency and #1652999P1 UPMCME TY/Anesthesia. the first one adds fine. when i try to add the second one, it says:

This supplemental ROL cannot contain program 1652999P1 because it is reserved for a Joint A/P arrangement with a different Advanced program.

not sure how to do this properly...

It looks to me like you're trying to put a "categorical" program (joint TY and Gas) on your supplemental list. The P1 program can only go on the primary list.

 

[NotAProgDirector]

The "P1" program is linked to UPMCME's Anesthesia program. You can only list it on a supplemental list that's attached to your advanced match at UPMCME's anesthesia's program. If this supplemental list is linked to any other program, it won't let you list it -- you simply list the "P0" program for everny anesthesia match other than UPMCME.

I didn't know that programs could actually do something like this in the match.
