How can someone prefer Utah to Sf "for personal reasons"?? Aren't there enough retrograde conservative red-neck nazis in this country (in places such as Utah)? Go to SF man, this country needs more liberals and more tolerant people (please note, I did not say-more gays)...

I hate to butt in (not being a future neurologist and all), but not everyone ranks programs based on reputation/prestige. I am not going to rank the "best" program #1...heck, it's not even in my top 5! (Maybe #8?) Just because "Joe Blow's Residency Rank List" says a program is #1 doesn't mean it's best for everyone.

Otherwise, congrats to ALL! I can't wait until Mar 17...

it's a coin flip right now.. although i haven't made my rank list for prelim IM.. i'm thinking either going to miami or staying in cali..

if i were to move.. i'm thinking maybe the design district or south beach.. your thoughts??

i am looking for a place in south beach, i think that would realyy ease the intern year going to the beach everyday but very expensive compared to places a mile or two inland so we will see. do you plan on going down there soon to look or anything of the sort, maybe we can meet up.

i'm not heading down to south beach anytime soon.. if i match at miami for pre-lim (a very distinct possibility).. i'll probably head down sometime in late may or early june.. 👍
