Match without interview?

Will a program rank an applicant on ROL who hasn't been invited for an interview? Do any of you know of an applicant who has match in this way?

No...I have never heard of that. If they wont even invite you for an interview what makes you think they are gonna put you on the ROL. Even people that interviewed are not gaurenteed a spot on the ROL
