I didnt get a chance to talk to many residents during the interview. any comments on the rating, goodies and bads about the program

Yeah, I'd like to hear some comments as well. I'll be joining you in 2006. I think I remember the one resident we talked with say that Jeff was a pretty cush program and that you could make a lot of money moonlighting. However, I didn't get a good sense of what the program was really like - (call schedule, didactics, intra-op teaching, and orientation) Probably the one program that I interviewed at that didn't give us a folder of information about the department. Anyway, I'll be there in a year so I need to start gathering info so I can hype the program to my boys.
