When matching prereq courses for each program on PTCAS... here is my situation..
I took Chemistry and did not receive that good of a grade. However, I am retaking it in the Fall semester

Should I select the Chem course that I already completed to fulfill the prereq? Or, should I put the "in progress" course? OR both?

If I put the course that I already completed, then that will decrease my pGpa. but if I put the in progress course only, then it won't affect my GPA... but I know that some schools only allow a certain amount of in progress courses. So, with the Chem+the lab and another biology course, I would have 2-3 in progress courses? Not sure if chemistry counts as 1 or 2 in progress since the lab is a separate grade

any tips?

If you can (schools usually allow a couple of courses pending/incomplete by the time of application), choose "in progress" now to affect your GPA by a low grade.

Not sure if chemistry counts as 1 or 2 in progress since the lab is a separate grade.

Ask this questions the schools that allow only 2 courses in progress. If they consider those as separate grades, you will not be able to list them as in progress since then you would not meet minimal requirements or 2 courses in progress only.

When matching prereq courses for each program, for the courses that are planned for the Fall 2020 semester, do I click the button that says, "I am not matching any courses to this Prerequisite" ?

do you know anything about that?
