Material review?

Hey guys I am trying to figure out the best way to begin to study for the DAT. I am curious how you did material review. I considered doing the Kaplan course but I don't know if it is really worth the $1400 when it seems like they don't really have too many sessions. I have already bought Destroyer but I want to use something else to review material before I go through Destroyer a view times. Is the Kaplan Blue Book a good enough book to read use to study and then supplement it with Schaums (have already)? If not, what else should I use? I know in the future I will use Crack DAT PAT, and then topscore and achiever for practice tests but I was curious about what I should use before those. Thanks for the help.

Dont waste your money on the Kap course, i really regret it. The only valuable aspect of that course is the online materials but there are plenty materials that you can purchase to supply your studying needs, lurk through the forums and list all the materials people reccomend and purchase them, study hard and kill the dat. Destroyer is great but dont rely solely on it. Some material off the top of my head are Cliffs AP Bio, MCAT 1001 Chem questions, Math destroyer, crack DAT PAT, Topscore, Schaums Bio(too dense for me but alot of great info), Also Schaums Chem, Ochem, and Biochem. And definitely use some of your undergrad texts, dont underestimate the value of them, they might seem to dense but they are perfect supplementary references. Most of all make sure you give yourself enough time to thoroughly go through these materials. I didnt give myself enough time(work and summer school) and i dont feel as prepared as i should be, and my DAT is tommorow Goodluck

Kaplans course is useful becuz you get all the subject tests. I would atleast spring for the online course as those tests really are worth it

Alright, sounds good. Would you suggest just using the outline that ADA gives and filling that out by using college texts, or would that be going too far in depth?
