I went over the wikipedia (I know, I know anybody can put up anything there, but hey, isn't it the same here?) pages on managed care, preventative medicine, etc. Those article entries do a good job introducing the crux of those issues and usually do a good job presenting pros and cons to proposed solutions.

thats what I used especially on universal health care and medical ethic. I also read article on CNN
