I will be applying this coming cycle for admission in Fall 2014. I need help with obtaining LORs. I am familiar with several of my professors from past semesters, but I do not have a substantial relationship with any of them outside of class (other the occasional help with coursework, etc). My academic advisor suggested that I include a copy of my personal statement and a CV/Resume, to help guide them in writing a strong letter for me.

My question is:
What information exactly do I list in my CV/Resume? That is, What is important/relevant to mention, so that they can gain insight in writing me a LOR? Has anyone else done this when asking for a LOR? and if so what all did you include?

You need to make a "health professions" resume. Unlike a work resume, it should be longer than a page and should include relevant work, experience, education, accolades, basically things you might expect to list on your med application.

Hobbies.
