I signed up for ... calc. for life science. Has anyone heard of this? I was told that the med school here in AR accepts this as a calculus requirement. How much do you REALLY need to get into dental school? Will calc for life science be accepted as a calculus requirement?

What i meant was... how much calculus do u really need? Thanks

Actually none. No dental schools that I know of "require" calculus. For instance the only reasohn I needed to take Calc. I and II was for my BS degree requirement.

Harvard requires one year of calculus. Most dental schools require one year of math, and you do not have to take full year of calculus. However, it is recommended that you have some background in calculus, and most science major requires you to take one year of calculus. Also, dental schools accept calculus for life science. Good luck!
