You have 1Q 2D and 1 N
To give the exact change you can either give 1Q or 1D or 1N etc...
If you list all the possibilities you get:
Q D N
DD DQ DN QN
QDD QDN and you can't use DDN Wich adds up to 1 Q ( already used)
QDDN
