Hey all, have done now the first 4 tests in math destroyer, and the questions aren't terrible but the timing is just killer. Maybe it just gets better with more practice and more focus on timing?? And is the general consensus that the calculator really slows you down so try as much as possible not to rely on it?? Any thoughts appreciated.

it is very much so about repetition. the difference between you now and you 15 tests later is that you look at a problem and know how to do it, rather than looking at it and having to figure out how to do it.

dont focus on the timing so much. once i start the timer i put it face down so i dont look at it. once you do enough problems, you'll see that each problem is similar to one you've done before and you'll have a strategy instantly to solve it.

only later should you look at the timer, once you get many practice tests down
