I have 6 days before my DAT and im on Math Destroyer 9.
I can get 35-37/40 correct but it's taking me an hour and 15 minutes-ish. Where do I stand? I'm kinda freaking out. 🙁

I'd suggest trying to do it in under 45 minutes and see what you get then. You can get a lot done in 6 days so don't freak out just yet. Maybe after you do it timed, see what types of problems you're getting wrong and study those more in depth specifically.

I did tests 1-4 timed and I was getting 25-27 right in 45 minutes. I don't know if I'll be able to break 20 on the dat.

i think the best way to tackle this problem is to find your weak spots and capitalize on them, and go over whatever resources at hand. then during your timed practice run, if you find that you're stuck on a question, "pick" an answer and come back to it after you've done all your problems. i find that, this is a good strategy for a couple reasons

1) you are essentially "familiarizing" yourself with the question by quickly reading it once or twice. by skipping it and coming back to it, you might have a clearer mind (at first you may have been panicking, when really it was a simple question)
2) if you guess the question right that's awesome, if not, at least you were able to put an answer down and attempt the other questions and perhaps get the easier ones out of the way and you can now come back to the ones you had trouble with
3) these are to help you maximize your time during the real DAT
4) the easy questions can boost your confidence in a real dat situation

i know this because i have the kaplan course and they have full length tests that simulate the real DAT and i found that lingering on a question is detrimental to your time. breathe. skip. relax. move on. come back

Math Destroyer is meant to be hard. I think you should definitely take the tests in 45 minutes. Take notes over what you don't 100% feel confident on and redo the problems you missed. Do that and you should get a better understanding of where you stand!
Some of the problems on the real DAT are pretty easy, others are conceptually hard (like in Math Destroyer) but with easier numbers!

Anyone find Math Destroyer #2 extra tough? I normally find them fairly reasonable but I just did #2 for the second time and I struggled

Thanks for your advice guys! I will try to practice my weak areas which I've discovered to be permutations and rates. At this point, I'll be glad to get an 18+.

Do not worry. I was in a worse situation than you were. The math was much easier than I expected and I guess on questions I didn't know. Skip a lot and go back later at the end when you finish all easy questions. I score BC like 15-17 lol but I got a happy 18 which was completely fine. You understood questions and answer more than I do so don't fret.
