I was wondering if anyone knows any help with the Physical science math, I the theory of the problems, but when it comes to dividiing decimals, or multiplying decimals or taking the cubed root of .5 x 10 ^6???
Any suggestions?

1. Either shift it to scientific notation where there is only a single digit before the decimal (ones place) or shift the number so that they have the same order of magnitude so you can just cancel them.

2. Remember when multiplying exponents, you add them. When dividing you subtract them. Cube root is easy on a number like 10^6 since you can break it up into 10^2*10^2*10^2
