This is my 2nd time taking the exame
My first exam: AA19 TS19 bio17 chem17 organic22 PAT16 QR17 RC21
Todays exam: AA19 TS21 bio20 chem22 organic21 PAT16 QR 14 RC17
My score pretty much did a flipflop between the science and the math/reading.
This time really tackled the science which showed improvements but math was hard.
I studied for 2 months. I managed 3-4 hours/day for 6 weeks and then hard core 10hr for the last two weeks.
materials I used: kaplan book, work shops, 6 subject tests for science, used their pat and its problems, made outline of schuams during winter break, took 2 kaplan practice tests and 2 topscore practice tests, got through only 1/3 of destroyer only for science, didn't practice for reading cause I thought search and destroye was my miracle strategy
bio: some off the wall questions that I didn't think I would gotten right even if I studied 2 more months.
chem: easy, 3x easier than destroyer
organic: 2x easier than destroyer
reading: Man last time I got a 21 and now I got a 17. Search and destroyer worked for me last time but this time these questions were worded wierd. I got cholera, floating bridge, and spinal chord. You can't use search and destroy for spinal chord. Through out the whole passage they all used similiar terms on questions so you can't pin point it down. As for floating bridge, stupid true false questions were tricky.
math: I got a 17 last time and didn't do any practive, only read kaplan to memorize formulas. This time I did like 50-70 problems from kaplan subject tests. I knew I wouldn't do well but definitely did not expect that crappy score. Don't underestimate this subject even though these questions are SAT level.
My gpa is total crap so I need to take it again next summer and really dominate it.
Hey my total science is 91% but my individual science score were like 85%, 86% 86% whats up with that>? doesn't quite add up..... or am I that bad at math and can't even avg 3 numbers???
