Checking around the NUIG website and found that math is a pre-req.

I've got only 1 stats course as math isn't required for any Canadian schools or most US schools.

Is this a potential deal breaker?

Did you take math in highschool? like Calculus/Trig/Stats. To be honest, you will almost never do any math in medicine. I would ask them myself, but i don't believe math is going to be a deal breaker.
