Anyone have suggestions for QR brush up? I've been out of HS and college forever and I don't remember squat about geometry and trig. Any suggestions would be great!! Thanks!

Get a book for SAT II math Level I (formerly IC), they contain all the basic stuff about trig, geometry etc. I think the book from Sparknotes is nice.. but any books you can get will do! :luck:

It's simple... 2 easy steps.

1. Work problems and practice.

2. Repeat first step.

😀 😀 That's what I've been doing... Good luck to you!!

Does Kaplan Blue provide a good scope of problems for the DAT? Is that good book to judge by for QR??
Thanks!!!

No, I just got the syllabus from the teacher and went in and reviewed stuff that I wanted to brush up on like Krebs and Calvin. I only went in 1 day a week. It def. helped tho that's for sure!!

No one is more mathematically challenged than me (I am not even exaggerating.)

Here is what you can do:

Go to your local library or bookstore and check out some books-
Princeton Review Math SAT II
How to Solve Math Word Problems
Algebra the Easy Way - Barrons
Math Word Problems the Easy Way - Barrons
There are 3 others that I used... I have already returned them, so I cant remember the name. But, go to the library and you will find tons of great books. Like someone mentioned above... any SAT II Math book will be perfect!

Hang in there my friend. If I can learn math, anyone can! LOL
