Will dental schools still accept/interview me if I have a C- in Bio I, (which I plan to take before matriculation if accepted AND considering that my stats for everything else is fine), or will they not accept me at all?

You should retake it now because it hurts your sGPA and makes you look silly. How can a school trust a candidate that can't get greater than a C in the simplest Bio class. Catching my drift?

Yea I would, but its only offered during the fall at my school... meaning I cant take it until next year

and I know it looks silly having a C- in a basic bio class, but majority of my upperdiv Bio are A's if that makes any difference

I understand just stating the obvious. Try to retake it before you go on interviews and if not then definitely indicate to schools that you are retaking. This way they wont reject you before knowing the fact that you plan to retake
