My health profession office at school states that i can have 5 LOR's. They said that once the application opens they will upload a committee packet to my portal that can contain the 5 LOR's, however I'm having speculations of this because many people say that 4 is the max. Let me hear it people.

2 Science LOR's
1 Dentist LOR
1 Research Study LOR
1 Committee Letter

if all the letters are included in the committee packet, then it just counts as the 1 committee letter and on aadsas you can either have 4 individual letters or one commitee letter plus one additional letter.

so what you're saying is that i can have all the letters included in that committee packet plus one additional letter? So 5 it is?!

Yeah I think committee letter depending on school is from 3 or 4 faculty. But they’d count the committee letter as 4 cause you can only they upload one more after the committee. What I did was committee and then dentist for the one left

Thank you for the info! I appreciate your time

The max is 4 unless you use interfolio. You'll be safe at 99% of schools with 2 science, 1 dentist, and 1 non-science/research advisor. If you happen to need another letter of recommendation (which most likely won't happen), you can ask the school how to submit the last LOR, and they'll let you know.
