I just checked and saw that AADSAS will open on 15 May and applications can be sent in 5 June. Does this mean that we can open and edit our app on the 15th?

I'm not 100% sure but I believe so

Yes, it will be open to edit. Apparently they are doing this to help relieve the pressure of filling out the entire application and submitting same day/very quickly. It gives us time to review, edit and check (x32623522). Yay!

Maybe look at a copy of your official transcript? Make sure it's all correct. Make sure you've counted out all your volunteer hours right and try to find ways to accurately describe all of them

organize the hours of each of the extracurrics youve done. heck, if youre even more motivated list them out and maybe write some bullets points of your involvement. this will make filling out the app much more efficient when that time comes.

Update: Just called AADSAS and they said that as of May 15 you can do everything besides pressing submit. There are apparently no limitations, and you can even have your profs submit your LORs!

so they made it like the amcas which is good cause there is a lot of stuff that goes into completing your application

Does anyone know if the instructions are out yet. I'm able to find last year's only. I want the instructions to see what the character limits are and if any questions changed.

I don't think so. There might be a semi-accurate guideline in the AADSAS book but not sure. I think this may have been one of the reasons as to why the application timeline has increased.

4500 characters for the personal statement, 600 characters for experiences. Does this sound right?

Also, I found a few posts saying there is a limit of 6 experiences total. Is this true? I wish they provided some sort of mockup of the portal :/

I believe they meant 6 experiences that you can star. My friend, who's app I looked at, had like 10 experiences at least

As far as I know, spaces count for your PS. Not sure about experiences though
