I know this has significance for the M.D. schools, but does this mean anything to the D.O. schools besides seats opening up? 🙂

I don't know if any schools said that their waitlist started moving after this date.

I am waiting on LECOM-E, and I swore they told me that, but it has been a while since I called. Maybe I should again! 🙄 I am always curious what they say about their procedures for the waitlist. I had a friend call after me and he got a completely different answer than I did.

I'm in at LECOM-erie and if I get off the waitlist at DMU-COM then I'm going to drop my spot at LECOM!! So... Lets hope for both of us that DMU takes me off their waitlist, then a spot will open at LECOM! woo-hoo! i can't wait to hear about the waitlists... Even if its bad news... at least something finalized! 👍

students holding MD multiple acceptances must choose only one school so waitlists will start moving. Some students holding DO acceptances and MD acceptance/waitlist may now get offered a seat at one of their top choice MD schools so drop their DO and MD spots. Now a DO spot is open.
