go to http://www.opted.org/ then click on OAT on the left. The test is now on the computer so after u sign up for it you call the testing center and tell them which day u wanna take it.

You can take the test almost any day (Mon-Fri). Most testing centers will have open seats for all days. I would suggest taking the test starting in the afternoon.

If you take the test in the afternoon usually they are less busy which mean a more quite test for you.
