Mayo 2+2 Florida Program

How does indicating preference on the 2+2 Florida program affect my application?
More specifically, if I indicate it as my first choice, am I at a disadvantage for the main 2 'base' schools in Rochester or Phoenix?
Or if I indicate it as my second choice, am I at a disadvantage for the Florida program because I'm not 'all in'?

If you’re really interested in the Florida program, I’d say apply. We have a couple people who applied with FL as their first choice, and when the FL group was filled, they were accepted to the 4 year programs. If you’re a good fit for Mayo, I don’t think it matters which program you say you prefer.
