how long after the phone did you hear about your status? be it accept or reject...

Huh? You don't hear after the phone interview if you've been accepted or rejected... you only hear f you've been rejected or offered an in-person interview. I was notified 2 weeks after my phone interview that I had been invited for an in-person interview.

And do they send snail mail rejections, and email invites? They said we should hear within two weeks of the phone interview.

They should email you if they are going to invite you for an interview. I dont know how they go about rejecting.
