I have really little time to decide and I'm having a tough time.
Same financial aid offer from all three, so money is not a concern outside of cost of living.
Let me know what you think the unignorable pros and cons of each might be and how they might sway your choice if you were in my shoes.
Very very grateful for all these offers

Congrats on your offers. Could you start us off with your thoughts on pros/cons and or some context about your situation (proximity to family/SO/support system, curriculum preferences, interest in dual degrees or special programs, post-med school career interests, etc.)? Otherwise folks are just going to tell you which schools are better based on ranking/prestige, and that's something you probably already know.

This is hard because you really aren't giving us much to work with at all. Based on not wanting a college town vibe, maybe remove Mayo? What you said about a "professional environment" doesn't really make sense, so please elaborate here.

All 3 of these schools will give you plenty of hands-on training and help you to become a good clinician, so that's not useful. You really have got to tell us more, or like somebody said earlier, a bunch of premeds will just vote on whichever school they personally think is the most prestigious.

Mayo if you want Midwest.
NYU if you want NYC
Penn if you want Phili.

Any of them gets you where you will want to get to in the future.
